Return Policy – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Refund Policy – 14 Days Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the item to resolve the issue quickly. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
